Tuscany Property Advisors is a consultancy and advising service unlike any other in Italy.

Due to the significant changes in the real estate market over the last decade, we firmly believe that prospective buyers need professional assistance that will help them make the right purchase. In the last few years the Tuscany real estate market has been filled with all kinds of property over a wide range of size, price, standard, location and condition.

Finding the right property to purchase is a challenge. Without guidance to negotiate the jungle of listings, hidden problems and the well-known Italian bureaucracy, your dream may transform into a nightmare.

Tuscany Property Advisors aims to be the solution to all the problems and questions that may arise during the purchase process.

Our Independence: We are not estate agents and this is one of our strengths. We are right by the buyer’s side from the first conversation or email until the purchasing contract is completed. We provide our service with only one point of view: yours!

Our experience: we have personally experienced the Tuscany estate market in all aspects, firstly as buyers, then as sellers and estate agents. Looking at the market from these different perspectives we realized that there was a large gap in the current services available to buyers, because, until now there was nobody willing to act entirely in the best interests of the purchaser.
